CADET BESTALL EARNS MASTER SERGEANT
ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. (Jan. 8, 2020) -- Civil Air Patrol Cadet John Bestall's parents pinned on his master sergeant stripes during a ceremony at Harford Composite Squadron's weekly meeting Jan. 7.
CAP officials said fulfilling the promotion eligibility requirements is only "half the battle." Cadets must demonstrate some leadership skills.
